2) What's the cost to attend?
ADI personnel: $750 per person (subsidized by exhibitors)
Three day conference cost covers meals and accommodations.
Any special requests should be directed to Pam Swank.

3) How do I make payment?

You may choose to pay by credit card. There will be a 3% convenience fee added to your registration.

4) When should I arrive?

Plan on arriving to the hotel no later than 5:30 pm on June 12th. We will be departing for the welcome reception at 6:30 p.m.

5) Should I bring at least 1 or 2 ideas that have worked for my ADI?

Absolutely, that is the primary focus of the meeting, exchange of ideas that make us successful.

6) What about the major concerns that the ADI has?
In the notes column of the online registration form please list the top 3 items you would like to discuss on Thursday afternoon.
